之前我們?yōu)榇蠹医榻B過了廢水的一些基本特征以及危害，大家都知道，印染行業(yè)的廢水以有機污染為主，成分比較復(fù)雜，而且它的可生化性普遍比較差，目前主要的處理方法以生物處理法為主，同時輔助一些預(yù)處理和物理、化學的深度處理。今天我們主要來講一下治理的幾種方法，使用不銹鋼過濾網(wǎng)，幫助我們凈化受到污染的水源。廢鉻液處理：在采用印花工藝的印染廠中，印花滾筒鍍筒時要使用重鉻酸鉀等物質(zhì)，滾筒剝鉻時會產(chǎn)生鉻污染，這些含鉻的廢水必須要進行單獨處理，以控制鉻的污染。中和：印染廢水的pH值很高，除了使用調(diào)節(jié)池進行均化之外，一般還要設(shè)置一個中和池，主要對廢水的pH值進行處理，使其滿足后續(xù)生產(chǎn)工藝的需求。調(diào)節(jié)：印染廢水的處理流程中通常都會設(shè)置調(diào)節(jié)池，其作用是均化水質(zhì)、水量，防止纖維屑、漿料物質(zhì)等沉淀于池底，池內(nèi)一般使用水力、空氣或機械設(shè)備來進行攪拌，水力的停留時間為7小時左右。染料濃腳水預(yù)處理：染色換品種的時候排放出的染料廢水數(shù)量少，但是濃度很高，要對這一部分的廢水進行單獨處理，可以減少廢水的濃度。
